1. Shipping Availability

Europe and the United Kingdom: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal
Oceania: Australia

If your location is not available during checkout, we do not currently offer shipping to that destination.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.

The items offered on our website are stocked inventory ready for dispatch. Processing time covers the internal steps needed before shipment, including:

  • order review
  • confirmation of shipping information
  • packing and preparation
  • transfer to the shipping carrier

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after that time are handled starting on the next business day.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once the order qualifies for the threshold of the relevant shipping region.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the website or at checkout, free shipping eligibility is calculated from the product subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees.

4. How Delivery Estimates Work

The total estimated delivery time is the combination of:

processing time + transit time

Transit time starts once the parcel has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Shipping timeframes shown on the website are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances such as:

  • seasonal shipping volume
  • weather disruptions
  • carrier routing or sorting delays
  • customs or security procedures
  • local delivery limitations
  • remote area access
  • other operational factors outside our reasonable control

Because of these variables, delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we explicitly state otherwise.

5. Tracking Information

Once an order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email.

When tracking is available for the service used, tracking details will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Customers should also check spam or junk folders in case shipping emails are filtered there.

6. Carriers We Commonly Use

We commonly use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for selected shipments within the United States, and DHL Express for eligible international deliveries.

The carrier chosen for a shipment may depend on factors such as:

Not every carrier or service level is available for every destination. In some cases, including remote areas, peak periods, or routing limitations, we may use an alternative carrier to complete delivery.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us promptly. We may be able to assist if the parcel has not yet been transferred to the carrier.

After processing or dispatch has taken place, address changes may no longer be possible.

Craftywdy is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, unverifiable, or undeliverable shipping details.

8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or related fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless the website or checkout specifically states otherwise.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and include the following where available:

  • photos of the outer package if damage is visible
  • photos of the item
  • a brief explanation of the issue

We will review the case and determine the next steps based on the situation. Additional information may be required so we can coordinate with the carrier when needed.

10. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • incorrect or incomplete address details
  • recipient unavailable
  • refusal of delivery
  • failure to complete required local delivery or customs procedures
  • destination conditions outside the carrier’s service support

If a returned parcel is received back by us, we will contact the customer to discuss available next steps. Any reshipment costs, return handling costs, storage charges, or refund adjustments will depend on the circumstances of the case.

11. Important Delivery Notes

We do not guarantee exact arrival dates for all orders.

Delivery estimates shown on the website or at checkout are provided to help customers understand the expected shipping timeframe before purchase. A difference between estimated and actual delivery time does not automatically qualify an order for shipping refund, cancellation, or compensation unless required by law or specifically stated by us.
